Check-in: 15:00 – 20:00.
Check in after 20h is only possible after prior arrangement.

Leaving: Until 11:00 (noon)
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged in advance
depending on the availability of the house.

A valid ID is required upon check-in

Reservations & Payments

A 50% security deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance of the amount is to be paid upon check-in.

Payment methods: wire transfer, debit/credit card or cash.

For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, a change of dates may be offered (subject to availability).
Cancellation of a reservation up to 3 days before check-in, the deposit is not refunded.

House Rules

No smoking in the indoor areas. A fine of 500€ is imposed upon violation.
Damage caused by guests will be charged as per the damage done.

Pick up of towels or robes upon leaving will result in an additional fee.
The spa area "sauna" and "chan" require advance booking and are at an additional cost.

Guests must maintain quiet, especially during quiet hours: 11pm - 8am.

Security & Values

Guests are responsible for storing their personal belongings.

The villa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
